Privacy Policy

The short version

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. The only personal data I process is what you choose to send me through the contact form or by email.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your data is:
Aggelos Duzha, Nea Fokea, 63077, Xalkidiki, Greece
Email: aggelosnt.dev@gmail.com

2. Contact form and email

If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message. If you email me directly, I receive your email address and whatever you write.

3. Who else handles the data

The form is sent to a server function hosted on Cloudflare, which forwards it to my email inbox through RESEND. My mailbox is provided by Google (Gmail). These providers act as processors on my behalf. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

If sending through the form fails, the site offers a button that opens your own email app with your message prefilled. In that case nothing is sent until you press send in your email app.

4. Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every web host, it technically processes your IP address and request data when you load a page, to deliver the site and keep it secure. I do not use this data to identify you. Fonts are hosted on this site itself, so no data is sent to Google when you visit.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. It stores one small item in your browser's local storage (siteLang) to remember your language choice (English or Greek). It stays on your device, is never sent to me or anyone else, and is strictly necessary for the language switch you requested, so no consent is needed. You can delete it any time in your browser settings.

6. Links to other sites

The Projects page links to demo sites hosted on GitHub Pages and run by GitHub. Once you open them you are on a different site with its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy of it (portability). To use any of these rights, email me. I will answer within one month.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

8. Changes

If I add anything that changes how data is handled, I will update this page and the date above before it goes live.
